Open website under ask.com frame

Popular search engine ask.com has recently made lots of changes in designing. (There may be other changes, I notices only designing changes) First of all we know that ask has changed home page look, now latest change is very interesting. You all have used Google.com for searching, now after searching, when you click on any listing on Google.com you just go to that site and leaves Google.com.
Ask.com came with very smart technique here to maintain bounce rate of site. Now just search any keyword in ask.com and click on any listing. You will go to that listed site but at the top of your browser, you’ll see ask.com menu same as default ask.com toolbar on website.
This is quite interesting and very new concept by any search engine.
